High Security M4 Rifle Vehicle Rack This rack has been designed specifically to prevent the thieved of a racked rifle's lower receiver. Other manufacturer's rack systems leave the receiver and receiver pins exposed. A dedicated individual with a modicum of firearms knowledge can and have broken into the trunks of patrol cars and stolen machine gun lowers, intending to assemble it with a store-bought upper.
